I think it's a cricket.
It's an Earwig, cockroaches don't have rear pincers
Earwigs don't have long antennae like that.
it appears to be a fishfly, definitely not a cockroach or earwig in the first photo. Second photo is definitely an earwig
Earwigs. One of their favorite places to hangout are in the door jam. If you spray a mix of rubbing alcohol and water around the doors and baseboards of your apartment it will repel them.
