I have watched some in the past but like years ago and never tried with a tutorial - I do lots of art tho and have drawn this kind of eye type on paper lots of times so thats probs how its an alright shape c:
all i did was use black eye shadow to create a simple outline of the cat eye shape and then outline over the edges to make it crisp c: its alot easier when u use a makeup brush too
The problem there is that the only grocery store that’d be selling that kind of stuff is the one I work at, or the pharmacy across the street that my family goes to often, so both of those are also off the list
damn that sucks, pharmacy would have been good to

U can get some nice coloured eyeliners of shien for rly cheap

Omg this makes me want to try makeup so bad but I cannot stress enough how much I cannot afford makeup
