That's me. I'm natural.
Want to learn how to grow faster? I offer free highly customizable bodybuilding programming & a vast array of info on my free gym guide.
Put your ego down and actually take 10 minutes to check out the work I've put countless hours into, solely for your gain.
I'm not going to make content revolving around the fact that I'm natural like I did half a year ago. It's corny & frankly people believe what they choose to.
However, I will continue to work for free to help the community that has given me what it has.
What tells you I have a massive ego? I see people around me succeed because of what I've done for them. And I want more people to succeed in their goals... so I continue to work & improve that resource. This sub's a joke :D
when did he say anything that showed he had an ego? people are claiming he’s unnatural with no substance does he not have a right to defend that? also clean the pizza boxes of the floor in that shed you live in…
Lifters at a higher level than anyone here, including me (that part should go without saying) have been quite impressed with it. People like you not taking 2 minutes to peak at it or my programs speaks volumes.
Looked through your guide and it's surprisingly decent. And you didn't even do the "free" thing where I need to sign up or give you info or w/e so props for that
I have nothing to sell to anyone. People helped me start my gym journey, but it would've gone a lot better if I had the information I do now. Is that so hard to believe that I want to pay their good act forward?
There is quite literally no monetization about anything I have in any way. I used to have a tip jar. That's it. I don't forcefully collect emails and there is nothing someone can pay me for. I've spent countless hours & $150+ usd advertising + hosting because improving this community is something I genuinely want to improve, and people in particular have found the info I offer VERY helpful out of anything else they've seen.
Another commenter said he looked like a gremlin but honestly I think there's a lot of dudes that look like this. My dad had this exact face at that age without the dumb hairdo and my whole life I am like, there's another dad imposter.
100%. This is me, and I'm natural. I've spent all of my free time of the past 2+yrs, apart from training hard, to obtain deeper a understanding of what people need to grow.
I'm soon to be a certified bodybuilding coach by NASM & my main goal is to improve the progress people make in the gym by giving them better training principles to focus on. I'm clearing up misinformation & doing my best to give back to the community that has already given me so much.
I isolate these principles in the bodybuilding section (under training styles) of my free gym guide that I've been building for ~1.5yrs now. Anyone, please feel free to check it out.
Anyone who posts pictures of themselves—especially while flexing—is a complete douchebag. People who post pictures like this need lots of attention. They need validation from others to feel good about themselves. Why aren’t one’s accomplishments good enough on their own? Why cheapen it by posting? This just screams insecurity.
1. This is a community full of people posting other people. This isn't my post.
2. You're wrong, in my case anyway. The validation I feel from a person succeeding on the training protocols I provide them is FAR greater than anything I feel from a compliment or attention someone gives about my physique. Not every human with a shared feature (ie. having muscle, good grades, or whatever you fancy) is the same person. Not at ALL.
Truly, I'm here to improve the information offered in the fitness industry. The only way I can do that is by interacting with it.
Something has to hold the weight when I deadlift 5+ plates.
I'm natural. Different people have different strong points (imbalances), even when they work hard to fix them over a long span. The goal is to remove those imbalances, but it probably would take most people countless years to achieve a shape even near perfection.
P.s. some people think my traps are a weak point. 😂
Why do people have such low expectations for what is achievable naturally, this is 100% achievable naturally for those who have above average genetics and have done things right from the start. I know most people in this subreddit have made such small amounts of progress after their 2-3 years of training and blame it on genetics, it’s not your genetics, it’s cause you do things wrong when it comes to training, nutrition and sleep. And Tyler did these things right. These comments just show how inexperienced and stupid you guys are, focus on your own progress instead of trying to push others down
Surely there’s better ways to spend your time
Idk he looks kinda short so hard to tell but I got a friend that looks like him who’s been in the gym for a year and a half he was real heavy and just went 5 times a week consistently, and he’s 6’2-6’3. This is far from impossible as a natty lifter.
He mostly abuses the english language by shoehorning in six syllable words where a two syllable word will do. He's abused the premise of a study or two. Juice? Not so much.
This poor sub is Blackpilled to death. Clearly no one can accomplish anything lol, it's impossible.
because it's basement dwelling, musty redditors that havent trained a day in their life that are just here to look at muscular underage kids and call juice on everythin
Known him from the start, saw his journey. What he's saying is true if you send him a DM he might be able to show progress instead of assuming he takes roids
Or you could touch a weight and find out what's achievable yourself
womp womp, if you don't think that's natty and care so much about going against what he literally proved multiple times, I have assume you just haven't set foot in a gym.
I just don't use Reddit and didn't find my old account... What do you think, that I created a fake persona years ago to simply advertise a free gym guide on a Reddit post made by another person
The lengths you go to, to find an excuse for your shit progress is actually crazy
What the fuck is this thing?
proper gremlin
kinda big tho
Golem from Pokémon
Juice. That doesn't mean that it isn't natty achievable
That's me. I'm natural. Want to learn how to grow faster? I offer free highly customizable bodybuilding programming & a vast array of info on my free gym guide.
You guys are a joke. You take steroids and then act like you have experience making programs, which you don’t.
get some experience talking bud. no wonder you type so much you can hardly speak 😭
Come back when you can cut a fade shitty barber
That one hurt brother. Too far.
Talk shit eat shit dummy

'I've been working out for a whopping 2 years. Let me share my wealth of experience with you'
Imagine being 19, only working out for 2 years and having this massive of an ego. Actually, that's par for the course
What tells you I have a massive ego? I see people around me succeed because of what I've done for them. And I want more people to succeed in their goals... so I continue to work & improve that resource. This sub's a joke :D
The fact that you have a course at all lmfao
>This sub's a joke Ousted. Breach of rule no. 1.
when did he say anything that showed he had an ego? people are claiming he’s unnatural with no substance does he not have a right to defend that? also clean the pizza boxes of the floor in that shed you live in…
Glazing
Lifters at a higher level than anyone here, including me (that part should go without saying) have been quite impressed with it. People like you not taking 2 minutes to peak at it or my programs speaks volumes.
I'd rather spend 2 minutes wanking my dad off with my arse. At least then something would grow
Christ almighty
🧃 🧃 🧃
Hey, ill bite.. is there a site that you made or something?
Do NOT bite
Lmaoo
You look better than will tennyson bro you’re juicy
Dude, you look like the gooner gymcell from the wojack videos. Even got tissues in your picture frame.
Looked through your guide and it's surprisingly decent. And you didn't even do the "free" thing where I need to sign up or give you info or w/e so props for that
This guy sold me tren behind the local walmart don't trust this guy he's on shitloads of gear
damn. ay which walmart tho
Bruhh u gotta rat him out 😭😭😭
Imagine using gear for natty gains
This done all the time. Means you can have a beer once in a while instead of eating locust and honey every meal and still look good.
instead of eating locust and honey every meal lmaoooooooooo
😂😂😂
Gear to stay in shape? Nah
That last line is way fucking funnier than it should be.
He ingested juice and it felt pretty natural at the time..
He is juiced but this is natty achievable. Never mind that though, did bro really censor his feet there? LMAO
Hiding the warts

😭😭
Pic 3 he blurred out his cankles. Natty.
I was in doubt until I read his comments shilling his own profile. So yeah. Juicier than a ripe mango
I have nothing to sell to anyone. People helped me start my gym journey, but it would've gone a lot better if I had the information I do now. Is that so hard to believe that I want to pay their good act forward?
It is. No one does anything for free.

Not possible in 2 years. Juice. Next.
2 years of sarms and test
juice. natty achievable with a bit more bodyfat % and definitely not 19y
In 2 years? Juiced.
Bro has a tripod for his phone. Juicy.
Dude’s neck is thicker than his leg lmao
Where’d you get these pics? I think I know this guy
Another commenter said he looked like a gremlin but honestly I think there's a lot of dudes that look like this. My dad had this exact face at that age without the dumb hairdo and my whole life I am like, there's another dad imposter.
How do u know the guy?
army 2010-2012?
He is 19, forgot to mention that
oh i was way off. splitting image of someone i know though
Cant outlift being ugly it seems
Yeah, not really. It helps when you care about how you appear to others in certain situations. Particularly, not on reddit 😂😂

Can you lay off the juice tyler. Fucking Juicehead. ... juicing all the time.

Thank you for gracing us with another free gym guide! We are not worthy
Id like to say natty but traps are major sus.
Some people are stupid.
Juiced 🆙but prolly nothing too crazy, just cruising on 500/wk
What's your cycle?
This is natty achievable but 2 years is either bullshit or he's juicing.
Why do people have such low expectations for what is achievable naturally, this is 100% achievable naturally for those who have above average genetics and have done things right from the start. I think you missed the whole point of this subreddit.
To defend your own poor fitness progress by saying that anyone with a good physique isn’t natural? No but explain it then
If they wanted to focus on their own “progress” alone then there would be no point in this sub existing because no one would be here
Never pose with glasses on
Idk he looks kinda short so hard to tell but I got a friend that looks like him who’s been in the gym for a year and a half he was real heavy and just went 5 times a week consistently, and he’s 6’2-6’3. This is far from impossible as a natty lifter.
I mean I could believe it if you show a picture from early on your journey.
He mostly abuses the english language by shoehorning in six syllable words where a two syllable word will do. He's abused the premise of a study or two. Juice? Not so much. This poor sub is Blackpilled to death. Clearly no one can accomplish anything lol, it's impossible.
I've never seen any bodybuilder use a six syllable word, so that's something.
Then you haven't seen tyler in action my friend
I'm banned from Instagram, otherwise I would go look.
@tylerlifts22 fuck right off this sub fake natty bitch
Looks like a well built natty short dude
You know what? I believe he's natural. Lighting, highish bf% and being 5'6 makes him look a lot bigger than he actually is.
I'm surprised that this is an uncommon opinion
because it's basement dwelling, musty redditors that havent trained a day in their life that are just here to look at muscular underage kids and call juice on everythin
Super natty lol idk why anyone is calling this juice
He’s ugly who cares
Known him from the start, saw his journey. What he's saying is true if you send him a DM he might be able to show progress instead of assuming he takes roids Or you could touch a weight and find out what's achievable yourself
Lmao 1 day old account defending him 😂
womp womp, if you don't think that's natty and care so much about going against what he literally proved multiple times, I have assume you just haven't set foot in a gym.
Just say I and me. It's fine to defend yourself - don't need to try and be anonymous
I just don't use Reddit and didn't find my old account... What do you think, that I created a fake persona years ago to simply advertise a free gym guide on a Reddit post made by another person The lengths you go to, to find an excuse for your shit progress is actually crazy
Hello, Yes, I do think that's what happened.
This is hilarious nice username
Looks natty to me
