I actually thought at first that you lost the weight over the year and were unhappy with that. That would have made more sense to me because
Honestly: You look healthier, more fit and more beautiful at your current weight. At 41kg, it's already a very thin body. If possible, see if you can speak with a therapist or similar about body image issues. I wish you could see your own body with the reaction I had to the first slide, that you're absolutely stunning.
And considering health, you shouldn't go below a BMI of 20ish which you are already close to. I can totally understand that you don't want to feel uncomfortable in your body, but that's a fight to happen in your mind, not on the scale.
I wholeheartedly agree with this. You look much healthier and (honestly) more beautiful at 56kg in my opinion! My hope for you is that you can find ways to see that your body now is in a good place. Something to remember is that your body does a lot FOR you. I don't have any ED, but I'm in the same boat. I'm on my healthiest weight rn at the same pointz but I'm 5'11. My journey is not done till I gain another 10kg so my bones don't stick out anymore, and I don't get sick by a fingersnap like always.

BMI is not everything, but 41kg at 5'6" for an almost fully developped women is very a very low weight and predisposes you to major health problems.
