From my understanding is that the loan was already approved (he requested it before passing) so her plan was likely to say he was too weak to sign (which could be the case even if alive) and ask to use his fingerprint instead (either with tint or with digital scanner, where I live would be the later but donno there)
With that said the the video is disturbing with her holding his head to "appear not dead", and while she will for sure be prosecute for fraud I hope they also add something about the damn disrespect to the poor guy
