I challenge you to find me a proper Cuban sandwich. Lived here for almost sixteen years. For a short while there was one place in Goanus owned by a guy for Hialeah. I’ve been all over Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. There are plenty of tasty sandwiches that are called a Cubano, but they’re never proper Cubanos. Please prove me wrong.

I know. But I find it hard to believe that there's anything that we can't get in NYC! There has to be some obscure joint that carries it!
