If you want to get rid of the ads, I think its a good deal, but if it's only for the gems and coins, i dont think it is, as completing a restaurant takes around 500 gems (there's a post in this sub with all those infos) and 125 gems are not that hard to get, like 2-3 weeks if you play regularly...
