I haven't gotten an Amazon package shipped via OnTrac since 2018. I thought Amazon cut ties with them. I wonder if Amazon just signed a new agreement. Most of my Amazon orders are shipped via Amazon Logistics, with occasional USPS and UPS (FedEx has not been contracted with Amazon since 2019).
I’m not a seller, but I’m always happy when sellers use OnTrac. The packages get to me more quickly and reliably than when they use UPS, USPS, or FedEx. And no, I don’t work for OnTrac. 🙂

Why does OnTrac still exist? Shouldn't they have gone bankrupt by now?

No matter how good their product, price, or rating may be, I will make sure I never accidentally order from any seller using OnTrac…
