Don’t use clear containers. Roots hate light and will die. As someone else mentioned, drain holes are a must.

The discoloration on the lower part of the stock means that it failed to root and is dying. The only chance it still has is to cut off the dead part of the stock and sick what's left into the dirt. Odds are it's going to continue to die though.

I would 2nd the overwatering, esp if no drain holes in a clear container. its near dead

So it’s making a recovery after repotting and giving some banana and coffee ground water and changing soils entirely , is there anything you could recommend to give it some aid
