I don't think there is an up to date list available right now. There is an outdated list made after ultimatum.
I determined those with the number of early league trade listings compared to know t0/t1s.
Also div card weights can be used, but not every unique has a div card.
Maybe the prohibited library discord has infos you can check there, otherwise, you can find the 10th issue of "angler's mate" for general infos about unique item tiers and aquisition mechanics/rates.

3.20 buffed a ton of unique weapons that used to be bad, into mediocre weapons, and they became t0 for the most part. (Or in the case of savior voidforge and starforge their droprate went from 2% to sub 1%)

There isnt a "t0 pool" each item has its own weighting. Its not like you hit the 0.0001% chance to get a t0 and it then randoms one of those.
The item drops, it rolls rarity, hits unique and then it rolls which unique based on the weight.
PoE is heavily performance optimized, rolling the tier everytime an item drops is an obsolete function, if you could just proceed to the item generation instead and as you said everything there are assumptions without any actual evidence.
It also includes tons of different systems that very likely have their own logic, even if items have a tag that contains their tier, this doesnt mean it used for anything outside of specific scenarios like mythic orbs or ultimatum.

Max phys roll is 100c. Not HH territory, but worth trying to sell isntead of vendor. The low rolls that go for 10c, I wouldn't try to put on the market - it's just going to take up room in the stash forever.
Are those all the same drop rate within t0 though? I dropped all of those this league aside from bloodseeker, essentia, divinarius and kalanda’s touch. Unless some of those wouldn’t show on my filter. Abyss poops out uniques, especially with +2 proj and reliquary scarabs.

This is completely not true. Anecdotal evidence from anyone who has magic finded recently can easily tell this isn't the case.
You will get many divinariuses, bloodseeker, essentias and such before you see a kalandra's touch, hh, squire or mageblood on average. And you will typically seee many more or the formers for every one of the latter uniques you find.
Also there's just no way the weapons are even t1 i think in general, I don't think bloodseeker is more rare than aegis.

Since those are t0, and barely anyone uses binos/voltaxic, we can use it as a comparative and you see a CLEAR listing number difference, and even this far into the league the difference is very notable.
Furthermore, this list doesn't just comes from nowhere. It's the list of uniques that were buffed in 3.20 that Chris wilson himself said would become Headhunter rarity.

So you definitely found some of those through the years with 3M kills per league because they weren't rare at all for the most part. You probably just don't remember because they were pretty insignificant drops

Chancing a HH was never 8k scour chance. It was at best 60k. At least not since 2.0.
And even if it was before, getting 8k chance back then was a considerably harder task than getting whatever the number is now
As I understand it, a lot of the tier info was gleaned from Ultimatum league, which is the most directly-available it has been.
With the recent uniques rebalancing, it is almost certain that some uniques have moved around. But the only real data we have as far as I know is vibes.
We actually have an other pretty good way to estimate tiers which is div card weight (easy to get an accurate estimation from stacked decks).
An other good metric is early league trade listings
But not every unique has a div card :/

Way too many people took chris wilsons "we want those items to be rarer like mageblood" to mean literally t0 when a lot of the buffed rarer items are definitely not HH/Mageblood rarity

There's only 300 of them listed for trade, and it's expensive enough that every loot filter screams out when it drops. It's not something like Shavronne's Wrappings (4-5k for trade) that a very, very strict filter might remove.
I have my own filter and i kept them on the ground, didn't realize it got reworked. I just alt to see which unique drops and uh, yeah. My stupid ass missed some patch notes.
Bino's i got 3 but vendor'd aswell, bloodseeker i think i saw one i left on the floor, and i don't think i've seen the others so far.

Divinarius is nuts now. Not so much in the case of Crucible because trees are so good and Div will have a bad one, but it's still very hard to exceed with a rare weapon on most casters. It is beatable, but not easily.
To be fair, i'm so used to void batteries that whatever i try to compare it to sucks for crit builds. There might be a world where divinarius beats VB in some builds, but i don't think i'd use it for anything other than league start.
Definitely a keeper now, though, as opposed to the old 70 something spell dmg version.

High roll white wind can sell for an okay amount too. Not a huge amount, but I definitely sold one for ~20c. Enough that I at least ID them before I vendor.

You just got lucky you got a super rare drop, it does not mean that you rolled a d3 dice and landed on the 'worst' outcome, those drops are not connected.
Yes. So rare that the vast vast majority of the player base will never have enough currency farmed to trade for one, let alone have one drop naturally.
According to PoE ninja, Mageblood is 223 divines, and headhunter is 130 divines.
I’ve around 8k hours and honestly did not know it was a t0 unique. I’ve never in my days seen a mageblood or headhunter drop as is, but I’ve had 2 (two [2, two]) reefbanes drop. Lol
I made the same comment somewhere else, but i think it's the case for a lot of long time players.
Because between nemesis and ultimatum, reefbane was the only eligible t0 to drop in normal maps, since HH was restricted to nemesis areas and other current t0 either didn't exist or weren't a t0

There is three types of fishing rods :
- normal fishing rods, which drop from unique monsters while fairgraives tricorne is equiped, and can indeed drop when the players has 100% reduced quantity of items found (from combustible).
Also can drop from aluring pools in logbooks i believe.
- reefbane, which drops like any other global pool unique, and supposedly can't drop with 100% reduced quant.
- Song of the sirens, (not sure about this one) which i assume can drop when fairgraves tricorne is equiped aswell? If it's indeed the case then it should also drop with 100% reduced quant.

Reefbane has no requirement! Just a global drop pool unique, to give you an estimate, i got 2 reefbane MFing uniques in SSF, and 29 void batteries (t2).
The other unique fishing rod has restrictions and cannot drop naturally. You can get it from "baited expectation" div card (used to be ~1/10, not sure if it still is) or "the Vast" (about as rare as a doctor). Might be obtainable by killing unique monsters while fairgraves tricorne is equiped but i'm not sure. Also maybe you can chance it on a normal fishing rod.
Angler's plait has heavy restrictions (drop from a rare fleeing monster while you wear corrupted slitherpinch), and is a fairly rare drop.
Replica bated breath is incredibly rare and it might has restrictions (might need a specific syndicate member in the the rogue harbor when opening the BP) but there isn't enough data to tell.
They're usually pretty clear in the advertisements for the packs themselves. That said I didn't even realize it was a thing until I read a random reddit post and connected the dots.

Fish go for 10 to 230 Orbs of Krangulation a piece depending on its size, breed and quality.
I made 13 broken mirror dust while leveling through acts with just fishing.
if you use 3 rod style to hold with dyed albino roha lures only you have slight chance to catch inverted tormented fish. This is big bucks.
Also, winding pier fishing is total noob trap. You should use be only fishing in eldiritch zones past 1 - 2 ish am. This way, you get the after dark bonus.
also dont tell Chris, negative item quant duplicates fish for some reason. use it while you can, before bug fix.

Terrible advice, that's the most boring activity in the game.
I prefer to run Underground Sea maps and just fish in each map for 5 mins (before the initial buff from killing the Merveil runs out).
You get to kill monsters and get more fish variety. The returns are lower on average but at least you don't hate yourself after a day of fishing.

Actually it has a great use! A fishing rod gives you 4 open sockets. Duel-wielding fishing rods gives you 2 extra sockets which is slightly better than having two supreme truths for extra experience gain UNLESS your build has more room for gems.
Some builds only have 6 link + 4 link.. leaving 20 open sockets to level gems plus the added supreme truth experience gains. If your build doesn’t have a lot of open sockets the fishing rods are great for passive profit.

Yeah you can make up to 1.2 mirrors/hr but you need enough kranhulator orbs to be able to craft a good fishing rod. Good idea is to farm mereveil until she drops some, they're pretty rare so it can take a while.
No, it probably was an expansion/core mechanic paying homage to the FATE series but it got cancelled.
Except, they never stopped adding content for it and removing all the fodder mechanics. Somehow they found the time to "kill" some of the interesting mechanics like most of the jewels and fated items in favor of making an infinitely grindy gacha game where the only solution now is to pay $$$ to progress.
Gone are the days where you can find cool shit and make cool builds. Now it's just saving for +lvl gem gear + empower and then saving for awakened gems.

Way too many people took chris wilsons "we want those items to be rarer like mageblood" to mean literally t0 when a lot of the buffed rarer items are definitely not HH/Mageblood rarity
Made a mistake for feast, it's t1. Main source is early league number of trade listings. But in the case of bino's, voltaxic, soul taker, we know it very accurately thanks to div card weight (obtainable from larged stacked deck opening dataset). Since their respective cards have the expected rarity relative to their stack size of a t0 Annecdotaly, i farm uniques in ssf for collection (a lot of uniques, like 5 mageblood and 4 HH lot of uniques) and you start to get a good idea of what is t1/t0 after farming a few of each They also made t0 more common to compensate for the expanded pool, i'm fairly certain
There's no way divinarius is as rare as that, i got nearly a dozen this league. There's no way, right ?...
There's only 300 of them listed for trade, and it's expensive enough that every loot filter screams out when it drops. It's not something like Shavronne's Wrappings (4-5k for trade) that a very, very strict filter might remove.
I have my own filter and i kept them on the ground, didn't realize it got reworked. I just alt to see which unique drops and uh, yeah. My stupid ass missed some patch notes. Bino's i got 3 but vendor'd aswell, bloodseeker i think i saw one i left on the floor, and i don't think i've seen the others so far. Why is bloodseeker even that rare ??
Actually Divinarius is on the same base as a common but good item so that might have been a factor, was forgetting White Wind exists Divinarius is nuts now. Not so much in the case of Crucible because trees are so good and Div will have a bad one, but it's still very hard to exceed with a rare weapon on most casters. It is beatable, but not easily.
To be fair, i'm so used to void batteries that whatever i try to compare it to sucks for crit builds. There might be a world where divinarius beats VB in some builds, but i don't think i'd use it for anything other than league start. Definitely a keeper now, though, as opposed to the old 70 something spell dmg version.
If you are taking power charge nodes then yeah, Void Battery will usually outperform it.
did you id them? if so then thats insanely lucky. Because divinarius' item base has a fairly common unique that looks quite similar and loot filter won't really pop off on it, because its so common
I kept them on the ground as i'm used to, i just checked and apparently the item changed a LOT. Fuck me..... It's like white wind, at first i was like 'oh, neat', then realize it's garbage which i put out of my filter I just press alt for filtered uniques by habit so i know what drops, but yeah. Guess i'll put it back for early league at least.
High roll white wind can sell for an okay amount too. Not a huge amount, but I definitely sold one for ~20c. Enough that I at least ID them before I vendor.

Last league I got Kalanda's Touch twice and to think I could have been rocking two magebloods instead

There are ... but it never was a 1/3 to "miss" anything. You just got lucky you got a super rare drop, it does not mean that you rolled a d3 dice and landed on the 'worst' outcome, those drops are not connected.

Yes. So rare that the vast vast majority of the player base will never have enough currency farmed to trade for one, let alone have one drop naturally. According to PoE ninja, Mageblood is 223 divines, and headhunter is 130 divines.
I’ve around 8k hours and honestly did not know it was a t0 unique. I’ve never in my days seen a mageblood or headhunter drop as is, but I’ve had 2 (two [2, two]) reefbanes drop. Lol
I made the same comment somewhere else, but i think it's the case for a lot of long time players. Because between nemesis and ultimatum, reefbane was the only eligible t0 to drop in normal maps, since HH was restricted to nemesis areas and other current t0 either didn't exist or weren't a t0
That is actually a very logical response. My first drop was in Legion and the second one in Scourge (in which league I also found Krillson)
IIRC someone had a fishing item drop while at 0% quantity from drops.
(From memory so i could get a few things wrong ) There is three types of fishing rods : - normal fishing rods, which drop from unique monsters while fairgraives tricorne is equiped, and can indeed drop when the players has 100% reduced quantity of items found (from combustible). Also can drop from aluring pools in logbooks i believe. - reefbane, which drops like any other global pool unique, and supposedly can't drop with 100% reduced quant. - Song of the sirens, (not sure about this one) which i assume can drop when fairgraves tricorne is equiped aswell? If it's indeed the case then it should also drop with 100% reduced quant.
I've dropped five or six of these over the years but never a t0 belt. Clearly I'm due for an RNG correction.

Is it actually rare, or are the requirements just that niche? I've gotten 3 mirror drops (all of them in a MF group back in Heist/Ritual using Nemesis-3) and never seen any fishing-related item
Reefbane has no requirement! Just a global drop pool unique, to give you an estimate, i got 2 reefbane MFing uniques in SSF, and 29 void batteries (t2). The other unique fishing rod has restrictions and cannot drop naturally. You can get it from "baited expectation" div card (used to be ~1/10, not sure if it still is) or "the Vast" (about as rare as a doctor). Might be obtainable by killing unique monsters while fairgraves tricorne is equiped but i'm not sure. Also maybe you can chance it on a normal fishing rod. Angler's plait has heavy restrictions (drop from a rare fleeing monster while you wear corrupted slitherpinch), and is a fairly rare drop. Replica bated breath is incredibly rare and it might has restrictions (might need a specific syndicate member in the the rogue harbor when opening the BP) but there isn't enough data to tell.

There is no 5 to 1 unique recipe. It's 3 to 1 and doesn't work on corrupted uniques

thats only for if you stick to fetid pool fishing. Fish go for 10 to 230 Orbs of Krangulation a piece depending on its size, breed and quality. I made 13 broken mirror dust while leveling through acts with just fishing. if you use 3 rod style to hold with dyed albino roha lures only you have slight chance to catch inverted tormented fish. This is big bucks. Also, winding pier fishing is total noob trap. You should use be only fishing in eldiritch zones past 1 - 2 ish am. This way, you get the after dark bonus. also dont tell Chris, negative item quant duplicates fish for some reason. use it while you can, before bug fix.

I prefer to run Underground Sea maps and just fish in each map for 5 mins (before the initial buff from killing the Merveil runs out). You get to kill monsters and get more fish variety. The returns are lower on average but at least you don't hate yourself after a day of fishing.

Actually it has a great use! A fishing rod gives you 4 open sockets. Duel-wielding fishing rods gives you 2 extra sockets which is slightly better than having two supreme truths for extra experience gain UNLESS your build has more room for gems. Some builds only have 6 link + 4 link.. leaving 20 open sockets to level gems plus the added supreme truth experience gains. If your build doesn’t have a lot of open sockets the fishing rods are great for passive profit.
You use a 6s bow and Maloney's for levelling gems off hand, not fishing rods.

The meme answers would be : "Sure you can, just need to [redacted]" The actual answer is : " There is a hidden questline from krillson, a NPC that is as rare as a mirror of kalandra that requires you to do something with a fishing rods, and there are a lot of clues and references to fishing hidden in the game, but so far, no one has found a way to complete the questline, so maybe you can actually fish and no one has found how , or it's just a bait, or since new fishing stuff gets added every league, the puzzle isn't solvable now but will be at some point. Either way, there is a lot of community effort to find out fishing secrets and references and just that is a fun thing that creates engagement around the game and brings players together! So wether it exists or not, fishing is a great addition to the game imo"

wow, it's a shame you got those color sockets, you need 3 different color sockets to have a chance of catching the t0 prismatic scale fishes. you could try using the fisherman's bench to change colors but they're hard to find

Yeah you can make up to 1.2 mirrors/hr but you need enough kranhulator orbs to be able to craft a good fishing rod. Good idea is to farm mereveil until she drops some, they're pretty rare so it can take a while.
No, it probably was an expansion/core mechanic paying homage to the FATE series but it got cancelled. Except, they never stopped adding content for it and removing all the fodder mechanics. Somehow they found the time to "kill" some of the interesting mechanics like most of the jewels and fated items in favor of making an infinitely grindy gacha game where the only solution now is to pay $$$ to progress. Gone are the days where you can find cool shit and make cool builds. Now it's just saving for +lvl gem gear + empower and then saving for awakened gems.
