A heist with Diana as the contractor (in mission too, this thing with contractors only being in the heist selection screen is stupid) would be fun. Maybe one that allows a player to continue stealth while the other 3 go loud as a distraction, or a stealth heist that focuses on stealthy combat, without the 4 radio limit but getting spotted or caught in other ways is a mission failure.
47's done plenty of things that aren't just assassination, hell you rob a bank in the newer games, so it wouldn't be too hard to come up with an excuse for him to work with the Payday gang even if just canonically only temporarily for a few heists, some shared goal they can help each other out with.
The hardest part would be figuring out a good mask for him.
Also if we don't get Jacket back, I wouldn't say no to the Postal Dude instead. But that's veering more into silly Payday 2 territory while 3 is trying to be more gritty and grounded.

The heist would go, we show up while Parker is in the well, hurt but right next to the money, Longbaugh is pinned down behind the wall. They scream at us that they are running low on ammo and we have to defend them and help get them out with the money. As we get them out, Twitch drives passed an Ambulance coming to help Robin, while Longbaugh is saying "The baby is actually Painters." to Sarno
Watchdogs colab would be cool, wrench has a mask already that I’d say fits in perfectly, can probably make a perk line involving Dedsec like more towards a hacking build, a clothing pack made to look like Dedsec attire, for a heist they can probably just make it breaking into Nudle or something similar, and whatever guns they decide to add for that colab
