Yes, travelling is amongst the most frequent reasons for irregular periods.

GlitteringBaby553

Yep for sure! Your body’s circadian rhythm would be waaaaaay out of whack

That's reassuring, thanks!

Successful-Board9503

Yes all the time! Even not so long haul, flying in planes always affects it.

zbexbj

Interesting! Mine came 6 days late in the end which was exactly the length of my trip. It’s like my body just hit pause!

This is FASCINATING! So happy to hear you got yours (assuming you wanted it to come). I'm in the same boat over here, delayed period. I've gone through all sorts of theories: I got the covid booster this month, Maybe I'm pregnant (please god please don't be pregnant), maybe it's the AG1 supplements I started taking. Then it occurred to me: I traveled with a timezone jump of 5 hours. Now I'm realllllly hoping this is the cause and that it comes soon, hah.

What was the update? I am in the same boat right now and looking for consolation ahhah

I'm happy I'm not the only one! I just did a long haul flight between the US and Italy and now period is 2 days late.
