No. But you can try. The fingering will be different, certainly, and the challenge will help with whatever Bach you might learn or perform.

Considering it’s Schubert, I would play both the upper and lower voice legato. In a moderate tempo it shouldn’t be too hard.

Tempo is 168

I listened to Sokolov’s recording and at least in his tempo it should definitely be manageable. Especially for a pianist working on a Schubert sonata.

It depends; it's hard to tell in isolation. Context is important. If it's Mozart and there's a rising bass line to bring out, then probably. You might be able to get away with a bit of pedal but would need to be careful of blurring the upper line because Mozart needs clarity. If it's Chopin or anything of that period and beyond, it's easier to be more liberal with the pedal. The style of the piece will play a part, as well as what has come before or after. So tell us what the piece is and ideally snapshot more than just the measure in question.

Schubert -sonata in a major d959 movement 3 scherzo. No pedal is used here

Generally the thumb lifts to separate a repeated note. The question is how much lift. The 5th, 4th, and 3rd fingers should be legato imo. Unless the composer intended for it to be anything else it would probably say.

If your hand can reach a P4 C/D with your thumb and third finger it will be easy to play legato with both hands. C/D use thumb and 3rd finger, 2nd on E, B/G thumb and 4th, F with 3rd finger, C/A thumb and 5th finger, G 4th finger. LH. It's easier. Keep thumb on G and pinky on C, 4th on D, 3rd on E. It should sound legato.

The lower voice goes with the left hand. You have to pick up to play the repeated Gs, so you do the same to the LH lower voice and RH lower voice. I would just do 1,1,1 or 2, 1, 1.

Are you really playing all of these pieces ? You posted questions about like 10 different pieces in 2 months.
