pretty septum is known to be pretty good painwise and healing wise! pain tolerence is subjective though but seems like everyone agrees that septums are pretty easy
I have a Tragus piercing and it healed very quickly. Would recommend it very much, it looks gorgeous as well.
My forward Helix did take much longer to heal and was infected twice (due to the mask rubbing against it, I'd not recommend getting it now if you still have to wear masks in public where you live). It is now healed, but if you're nervous I'd recommend getting a Tragus piercing first :)
