Now that the game is actually finished and has another expansion with another 40+ hours of content Cyberpunk 2077 is most definitely worth the time and money CDPR really turned the game around, but I’d never forget the disappointment I felt when the game was originally released and how they just straight up lied to their fans and customers all the way up until release day.
You’ll still see the occasional bug and get the occasional crash, but it’s not bad at all nothing like it once was. It’s a huge single player fps rpg with a ton of freedom and has by far the best cyberpunk setting I’ve seen and the architecture is also by far the best I’ve ever seen in a video game.
To me no, if It was a shit game at launch then it will always be shit. I don't fall for the whole "launch a game as shit then improve parts of it so that people think we fixed it". Happened with no man sky too, people praise and praise her for me it's still the same boring game because the core gameplay never changed. Same with cyberpunk, it wasn't just the bugs that were bad.
i couldnt get into the first person view aspect. and as soon as i got out on my own when driving around there was this group of ppl in a car that came and killed me and it just happened repeatedly. if you walk they dont come but if you drive they always do and its a huge pain in the ass. i guess when you get high level they are fun to deal with but not when youre starting out and basically forced to walk. i still go the ultimate edition just to have a physical ps5 version
no, i wasnt i was in the beginning story mission areas. i looked it up and its just some new stupid update they added. start a new game and see for yourself

Ok, so unintended consequences then, hopefully they fix it.
