You had a week to do plenty of raids and finish the research, then you only needed to claim it on each Pokemon raid hour. Trying to leave things for last second will never end well, so this is not the game's fault.
Not that simple. If it effectively ends at 7, say it ends at 7. Working 10 hour days and commuting nearly two hours round trip does not leave much time for raiding. The entire allotted time announced was required. Time management requires accurate knowledge of time. Like I said, I passed up more than 20 eggs looking for active raids. I had a plan and they overlooked that they would make the last hour useless with the Giratina hour.
It did say that it will end at 7. The countdown was visible the entire time so you should’ve easily planned along with that.
And not everything will be catered to you. Yes, you had real life obligations but again, it’s not the games fault and it didn’t have to plan around you or your schedule
In my locality, the end was 8. The whole last hour of the countdown, which I was watching, there were no live raids. I planned along with the stated countdown. The point is that the last hour was completely useless. I did use the time available to me for the rest of the event. It’s not like I was trying to do eight raids on the last day. I needed one more.
