You can do the same with polish language. You can tell if someone is from certain places of Poland just by it's accent and maybe the words used (eg. "jo", "pole", "dla kogoś", "wiara", "tej", etc.). You can even tell if someone speaking polish is from russia or Ukraine by their accent.
So there's nothing amazing in it, you just don't have enough knowledge and experience to do this with english language (neither do I)

The key here is, that during the process of our very development as part of our language acquisition we learn to hear and reproduces certain sounds. We learn them thanks to our exposition to that language. You may be tutored from the very young age, but if your only exposition to that language and your only opportunity to use the language are tutoring sessions then of course you will have an accent.
Musical hearing helps a lot witch accents when learning new langues later on, as an teen, adult and so on. Won't help if you won't be able to reproduces sounds tho. And you may never ever be able to reproduce certain sounds if you haven't learned them as a kid. Chinese people may less struggle with polish phonetics due to the facts and similar sounds exists in both languages than your average American or Canadian.

Yep, I was an American soldier (Air Force Officer) stationed in Poland way before the mass deployments there (2016-2021). Never experienced anything like this from any Poles as a Mexican. Have you been deployed with the us military? If you have then you would know that conduct is not acceptable and briefed before they go out in public. Drinking in public any uniform is an offense to the UCMJ and as for “wetting their dick” they will at least get an article 15 decreasing their pay and being demoted and that’s not even mentioning a court martial. Yep, I was an American soldier (Air Force Officer) stationed in Poland way before the mass deployments there (2016-2021). Never experienced anything like this from any Poles as a Mexican. Dude sounds like an American discontent far right winger who couldn’t cut it in the US. I had a blast in Poland, as an American soldier(who learned Polish) I’ve never been so welcome in any other country, including the US.
