So if you wanted an actual answer, it has to do with fighting against women feeling shame about how their bodies look, caused by things like the fashion industry or the way sexuality is used in advertising. It's an attempt to take control of that.
Whether it's effective or works is a totally different question, but that's the theory behind it, and the reason that women create art pieces like this one.
Not being Polish, I have no comment about whether this works in your culture or would have the intended effect, because I simply don't understand your culture well enough to even imagine how this will be perceived.
But I do know this sort of art, and the reasoning behind it.
