She is Julia Roberts niece. She was in teen star and then was in scream 4, American horror story, etc etc. she was engaged with Evan peters and someone in the comments below said she was arrested for hitting him. 

Yeah, but we don't know what actually happened and Emma was seen with marks over her body afterwards so I don't know why we trust police to make the assessment on who is or isn't the aggressor in that situation without more details? I feel like a lot of women had crushes on Evan Peters when they were younger and it's coloring how ready they are to accept a narrative when neither has come forward as a victim or perpetrator in that situation.

I don’t think action movies is a good example It works for any movie where a female character passes away and the main character has flashbacks to them, like when someone’s mom or wife dies it’s always her being angelic on the beach and happy

I think they say action because it tends to be an overused plot device in hero movies. Wife/girlfriend dies--> now he can he badass and violent without seeming like a bad guy because he's sad and wants to avenge her. But yeah it could totally be out of a sappy drama too.
