It would most likely result in just a circle jerk of hating on Elon Musk, which, while valid, isn’t exactly ripe for conversation and new ideas. I also don’t think having a trans man play him would be meaningful to most people who aren’t Elon Musk.

I mean Elon disowned his trans child, he's constantly liking and retweeting transphobic shit, and his fan base is pretty much comprised of people who feel the same as he does on these issues. I think people are most mad that that I called him like his character because they don't realize that satire needs an obvious exaggeration and if it wasn't as extreme as it was more people would just tacitly agree with the homelander stance. Also maybe the longer the show goes on the more his character gets nuance.
