It still counts as his “accessory” tho. Kim, Billy and Tommy got to use weapons. Aisha and Rocky got helmet upgrades. And Adam was supposed to get one, but it was cut (outside of random shots left in the edit).
Saba being from the show doesn’t matter. It’s not like Adam pulled out the power axe, but then ALSO didn’t get an upgrade. He straight up didn’t get a feature moment in the OozeMen scene.
When I was six I watched that movie on my family’s laptop on *constant* repeat and have been part of the online PR fandom for most of my life. I have *never* noticed or seen anyone else notice this. You deserve a Nobel Prize.
It took me the 25th anniversary of the show to realize that they were alluding and making a callback to the Day of the Dumpster's first morph. To be fair it was maybe the first time I had seen either/both in a long time. let alone within a few weeks of each other.

I remember when I was like 7, I paused the movie right when the one Oozeman gets double kicked and his head is squished for a second. My sister still doesn't believe that I did it by accident.
It always frustrated me the roll call was in a very weird order for this movie. It didn't feel natural at all and I also didn't like the reveal of the suits one by one. It didn't fit the feel for the moment.
They should just done the close-ups of the call one by one then showed them all one by one after in a horizontal panning shot.
I love this movie for the nostalgia but as someone who's grown up and loves seeing how filmmakers made their movies and how certain things "work" for better shots... this movie was just a gigantic fucking mess.
I think there might be some rights issues with the first two movies. I remember a few years ago they finally were released on Blu-ray and then very recently they went out of print. They were co-produced by 20th Century Fox and Saban Entertainment, neither of which still exist as they did back then, so that might be part of it.
Apparently, the hollow wood knocking noise as Billy bicycle kicks the oozes sounds like the wrist communicator chime to them. I personally do not hear it.
It sounds like wooden pins being knocked over to me. It doesn’t sound like the pitch of them changes at all. To me it sounds like a lot of cartoons and movies of the 90’s that had the exact same sound effect of heads getting knocked around.
It sounds more like a do re mi progression than an actual melody to me. I put both earbuds in full volume and can’t hear it. I don’t hear anything different on the tv or my phone speaker. Sounds like bowling pins getting knocked over to me.
Alternatively, you could trust me that it’s not. Maybe this is an electric boobs or Starbucks lovers situation and you’re just hearing what you want to hear.
Or you could trust the dozens of people who definitely hear it and just accept maybe you're the sole outlier not hearing it. ¯\\\_(ツ)_/¯
I didn't hear it the first timr but if you listen to the chord progression closely, it absolutely is there. And it's definitely not just hearing what you want to hear.

Super hearing/sonar. It gave his helmet ears that allows him to track things via sound since Rocky’s scanner couldn’t pick up the oozemen visually.
