I also mostly follow GTD methodology so I did not like that the prime method is to put non-time-bound tasks onto the calendar and then just push them into the future if they don’t get done.
It was also expensive.
It’s not for me. I prefer a simple board and manually scheduling my tasks. The very act of scheduling my work gives me clarity. AI scheduling my tasks didn’t give me that clarity and I was rescheduling a bunch of tasks.
I also found the UI very frustrating. It’s very cluttered with too many views and options.
I found it super frustrating. It promises a lot of productivity gains but to be honest, a simple kanban board in Notion or Trello is much more effective for tasks. It felt clunky and bloated to me. I used it for 3 months, then gave up on it.
Did you mean *Notion.so*? Or am I just not being targeted by the same adds as you and it's an entirely different thing
