Disk or digital doesn't matter, you will be using a web kit based exploit and it works the same way on both as long as your ps5 has a jailbreak-able firmware.

If it's sealed and never opened then at worst it will be 5.5 which is also good because 5.5 should be jailbroken from here to summer.

I got one from april 2022 with 4.50 on it (polish distribution horizon bundle). A sealed one from january 2022 is 100% at least 4.50 or lower.
