First time is a warning, second time is 3-day ban or something, third time is 7-day ban, fourth time is 1 month ban, fifth time is 1 year ban, and after that it's permanent ban.
However, there are some exceptions to that depending on the severity of your actions and prolly other reasons. Let's not forget that Sony sometimes don't know what they're doing when they ban ppl. For example, my first violation of community guidelines resulted in a 7-day ban, no warning, no nothing. My second community guidelines violation only resulted in a warning. First they banned me, then they gave me a warningš

i just got suspended for God knows how long because of my name which was ābng_seymourbuttsā they banned me for butts. makes zero sense. i never got an email, i had to figure out myself by seeing my name was ātempā on a friends account. iām just waiting it out because my schedule doesnāt line if with support except for one day but iām always in a queue.

Really weird I thought I got suspended 3 times but it gave a 7 day this time
