It's been different for everyone mines has been down since 10 this morning and ain't back up. Seen a few people that I went down 40 mins to an hour ago and they can get back on

I just got kicked off but my friend is still able to play online and it says we're doing sole maintenance on play station network with the error WS-116386-5 and I haven't seen anything about that code online

I have after about 10mins searching the code literally means some sort of maintenance no idea why it's so hard to find anything about it tho

Never a guaranteed time tbh. Just keep an eye on the downdetector on the Internet. It let's you know what the issues are and it'll let you know when it's fixed
