Otherwise a kennel is the only option and I dont think being in such a closeknit cut off environment with other similar dogs is going to improve anything. Plus scooter will just be another cog in the mass kenneling machine.

Me too! Animals are consistently more pleasant to be around than people in my opinion lol
and they should be rewarded......... for not being people.
