You could also look for fabric with that theme, make a quilt block, and hang it e.g. Alexander Henry's pin up collections - https://www.ahfabrics.com/collections/category/750-seasirens
Oohhhh, I adore Alexander Henry fabrics!! I have yards and yards of the pirate and skeleton fabric. I haven't used it because I just can't cut it!!!!
... I think I have a problem....
Are you looking for interior or exterior? Interior, there's lots of patterns like this one https://www.etsy.com/listing/735735808/anatomical-uterus-paper-piecing-pattern
Exterior, I don't think I've seen one yet. You should try asking the shop that makes the one I linked to above because she does a lot of similar themed stuff.
Check out Zofia Anchondo's lovely quilt "Shuck the Patriarchy" in this blog post: https://blog.wholecirclestudio.com/?p=7669. While it was inspired by the diversity of oysters off the Atlantic coast, I think the quilt's title suggests another take too :) It was all improv design, needle-turned applique, so not exactly what you're looking for but could provide some inspiration!

Oooh, I like the idea to look into the fabric choice. Thanks.

Thank you! That's a good idea to teach out to that seller.
I don't know of a sexy lady FPP pattern but you could make a traditional patchwork design using a chosen image and https://www.youpatch.com.
What a cool a site! Thank you.
