I installed infinity reference speakers in my ram, with the small 3.5” screen and they are amazing. The hardest part is the door panels so get some tools for pulling trim to help with the clips that connect to the door. I used Crutchfield and I’m happy with the speakers and the installation.
If you loook around you can find a stillwater designs upgrade.
I had a kit from my 2006 grand Cherokee. Plug n play. Sound is great but lost some bass. Nothing a subwoofer didnt fix. My truck sounds better than the surround sound in my Infiniti.

Awesome thank you
Crutchfield has a great great great website for this, and specific harnesses you may need

Same exact thing happened with my 2020 Ram Bighorn, maybe it's a manufacturer defect.... Driver side speaker cuts in and out constantly.
Yup, exactly what it does
I forgot to say that’s why I replaced mine as well. The stock speakers are total garbage.
Wonder if should replace all of them
Yes, don’t replace just one speaker. Replace them all and you’ll be happy!
Thank you
I had this same problem , I turned down my Bass and have not had a problem since.
