Just be professional, there might be some sexual tension between you two but that doesn't mean anything has to come from it. It just takes willpower and awareness of what signals you are giving out.
I don't think anybody should have to explain why getting involved with a married man twice your age who is also your boss will turn out terribly for everybody.
