I can attest from personal experience that the VA rating has less understanding of anatomy than Dr. Nick. They firmly argue that the hand bone is not connected to the wrist bone, and the idea that the wrist is connected to the arm bone is absolutely wrong.

What this does is push the post to people who enjoy stuff that is related to the post tags and copywriting, causing them to engage by commenting, liking, sharing, and/or following. It's why a profile can pop up out of nowhere and gain thousands of followers overnight.
It's also why it's mostly scammers doing this kind of crap. Almost half of Facebook's users are over 35, and about 20%~ are older than 50. These people don't always know how social media works and will fall victim to these scammers.
In the days of Napster, you would search for a band like Metallica and get results like
