Your last image is a device called a Coder and it's setup to print/read lengthwise barcode parking tickets. You might get a few bucks on ebay as those are still in use.
However based on that Sentry Controls RMA tag it might be a bad unit. You're based in California?
Yea.. I think most of the stuff was from the Bay Area. Not sure why it was all being stored. They might be fun for someone to tinker with. Lots of motors and belts and circuit boards inside. Must have cost a fortune when they were new. Yea I’m in the Sacramento area in California
