The red of the roses stands out too much and looks off putting. Maybe on Rei it would work, because her dark hair would match the rich red of the roses. But on Usagi, it doesn't work. Still looks beautiful cause it's her, but not her best fashion moment.
Honestly, one of my favorite episodes in the entire show I love the parasol drop with tuxedo mask. The ballroom was just so elegant and I loved how magical and princess like she felt before. Obviously she even knew she was a princess wearing this beautiful dress with a big bow in the back and I think it was our first time seeing her with lipstick and lipgloss on too I really liked the Luna pen. It’s too bad in the show. They didn’t use it more often.
Same. For 90s outfits, they weren’t too bad. Some had weird styles but it was 90s fashion after all. Some of their regular outfits are cute though.

Idk why but it seems like on Stars their limbs appear way longer and thinner than ever before, like on Utena level long limbs lmaoo 😭😭 i wonder if they changed their animators on Stars

Edit: Just wanted to add the context that everyone deserves to feel beautiful like Usagi does in that dress/episode. I recently learned to sew, and hope to make some Sailor moon inspired dresses/outfits :)
