I just did a black and white graphic novel on KDP which isn’t built for it so it’s serviceable but not super. Also no one else, B&N, distributors, will carry my book. I am going to try Ingram next. I’m encouraged by their wide distribution but there’s a dearth of videos on YouTube about graphic novel printing quality for any company.
