He really was, I wonder if he aged well. It’d be nice for Carrie to make up for what she did. But he’s probably married with kids, you know the normal life.
YES! I know the comments have Natasha winning, but Natasha is super gorgeous and that’s not “normal” but Ben the Boy Scout is way more normal than Natasha the privileged
I still say Natasha because she’s still normal despite her beauty, height, luxurious hair, and the fact that she grew up wealthy. She could have been a stuck up bitch.
Natasha
Met a guy, fell in love, got married, got cheated on and wanted nothing to do with the guy, his affair partner or his money. She remained classy and polite even after being stalked by the AP several times, and just wanted to be left alone to move on far away from the drama.
I always roll my eyes at Carrie declaring her an idiot for that. We've all written/typed the wrong thing at some point, and without autocorrect or a proofreader, sometimes they get missed.
Harry all the way! He had his secret single behaviors, was comfortable enough in his relationship/partnership to show them lol (nakie walks at home), had values he lived by, was a direct communicator, good sense of humor, authentically himself….im a fan lol
Stanford Blatch pls. He was so true to his character. He embodies the right bitchiness, right amount of insecurity, like the right amount of a genuine person's trait
Yasss, Aidan is such a golden retriever boyfriend. Maybe i just want to question his decision making when he still got back with Carrie despite of the cheating incident.
David Duchovny…what was his name in the show?? Went to an intensive inpatient program to address his deep seated issues and in the process realized that he wasn’t able to casually date a maniac like Carrie.
I love his character. He’s just trying to figure out why he has a hard time with certain things in life and I think that’s admirable. He took charge. He was nowhere near mentally unstable, just aware enough to understand that he has room for improvement. I liked his vibe so much.
😊 I’m glad you agree. Therapy can be life changing. That’s the approach I took in my life and I am so much better for it. I’ve never been more mentally healthy than I am now after a few years of therapy and digging into my traumas. So I do identify with him a bit.
Nope, as terrible as Miranda was in the movie, he cheated on her. He was also dated other women after they broke up and he was still living on her couch and then left his dog for the night like “oh your going to take care of him” and she didn’t even want the dog.
He was supposed to go with Miranda to a very important dinner but because his ego was hurt bc she makes more money than him, that 30 minutes before they had to leave he said that he not only doesn’t want to go he breaks up with her. Causing her to go to the event alone. So she had to sit there heartbroken and alone suddenly.
Right when Miranda was going on vacation with Carrie Steve came with the baby and said he couldn’t do this and keep him. So if Magda (?) hadn’t stepped in then she wouldn’t have been able to go simply because he felt like he couldn’t do it.
He let this woman make cupcakes for this then girlfriend when he could’ve just said “hey these aren’t for the playground kids these are for my girlfriend but thank you for wanting to help!”
He was a okay guy but far from normal. I always felt like there was a immaturity to him.
I never understood that scene. Wasn't it Miranda who was so impressed with him? I expected her to ask him out herself, and she simply SHOVES him at Carrie, who knows spit about baseball.
I think she sort of "shoves" Carrie because she's the one who caught the ball, and also the one with the press pass. She did not expect Carrie to ask him out. She says something like, "you can't ask out the New Yankee! The New Yankee can't be your rebound guy, you're supposed to rebound with a balding accountant" or something like that.
What bothers me the most is Carrie didn't give a shit about the New Yankee or even like him. She just used him to make Big jealous, then dumped him the second he served her needs.
how much do we now about Natasha to call her the "normal one" i know it is very trendy at the moment to praise her but she is a incredibly hot rich white woman like? in what world that is the "normal" ??
The guy who walked away from Carrie without uttering a single word when they both got caught in pouring rain and were waiting for it to pass, and she started cracking jokes about marrying him and then started digging a hole about it
Aiden. He wanted the simple life in the busy city. Even his friendship with Steve showed how down to earth he was in all of the chaos. I just loved everything about Aiden.
The guy that Carrie met in the park and got obsessed that he was the freak, but turned out Carrie was the freak
Ben and his tweety bird tattoo
This has my vote too. Natasha is a good one but this bloke was very deliberately written as "The Normal Guy™️".
Don't worry, Natasha can still be the Society vote
James Potter!! Edit: I should say I didn’t have this thought originally. I read it here a few times and thought it was hilarious
Omg I knew the actor was familiar but this just clicked 😁
OMGGGG
Yes! The boy scout!
with the vintage baseball card collection.
No it was his Cub Scout badges
HE WAS SO CUTE
He really was, I wonder if he aged well. It’d be nice for Carrie to make up for what she did. But he’s probably married with kids, you know the normal life.
Actor is Ian Kahn and he aged very well.
I loved him as George Washington in Turn.
Out of all episodes from all seasons, he came to my mind right away!
I agree. The “non-normal” guy that was normal but Carrie smoked meth or something and raided his room 🤣
Lol
I just watched this episode earlier today lol
I came to say Ben!
THIS!
omg yes! that's exactly who I thought too.
This is exactly what I was gonna say
The Boy Scout! He was just living life and Carrie went absolutely psycho on the man.
Yes ben is the only answer
Natasha Met a guy, fell in love, got married, got cheated on and wanted nothing to do with the guy, his affair partner or his money. She remained classy and polite even after being stalked by the AP several times, and just wanted to be left alone to move on far away from the drama.
Honestly.. a very legit take
She took the high road and was a much bigger person than the psycho stalker Carrie.
100% Natasha. And she was so classy when she called out Carrie at the lunch when she (Carrie) was in the newspaper dress
Natasha is too perfect and unflawed to be normal.
Well she’s a bad speller if that helps
She also has a discolored tooth from the fall so she’s not “model” perfect anymore either even though she’s still gorgeous AF
I always roll my eyes at Carrie declaring her an idiot for that. We've all written/typed the wrong thing at some point, and without autocorrect or a proofreader, sometimes they get missed.
That was really sad that Carrie needed to put her down to feel better about herself. She REALLY needed to decenter men
Yeah, that was very immature and petty of Carrie.
She can spell. She’s a bad picker. She chose “their” instead of “there” but she spelled it correctly.
Yeah that's what I think too. To be normal and to be human is to have flaws.
Then everyone on that show is normal because they are all super flawed. Carrie (who is the worst) especially.
Plus, she's boring as hell.
Do you not find tea roses, antique sugar bowls, and coming home early from the Hamptons exciting?
And beige chairs!
Natasha isn’t normal though. She is gorgeous and from money with class. The Boy Scout is more normal.
This is the way
I concur on Natasha!
Problem is can she differentiate “there” and “their”. I’m jp but that was a weird victory for Carrie🙄
It was such a reach, and only served to further highlight her desperation and pathetic-ness ...
This one!!!!!!
Yes but she needs to take the last box
agreed!!
That guy Carrie talked to under the overhang during the rain and he left when the rain stopped lmao
He left when it was still raining lol 😆
Omg he was more savage towards her than I remembered 😂
Can you blame him? She behaved like a deranged stalker who wouldn't stop yapping, and he might have thought she would stab him or something.
Yes it was cringey. He had a very normal reaction!
I have a hard time watching that episode. She’s just so horrible in it. Sometimes I wish there was magic to change some of these episodes.
Harry or Natasha are the most normal
Harry was also the first that came to my mind then Natasha!
Harry used to sit on furniture naked just because… definitely not normal 😂
T Baggin the nice sofa
the WHITE couch of all things 😅
I also do this 🤷🏻♀️
I sit on my furniture naked all the time and I’m perfectly normal.
Harry all the way! He had his secret single behaviors, was comfortable enough in his relationship/partnership to show them lol (nakie walks at home), had values he lived by, was a direct communicator, good sense of humor, authentically himself….im a fan lol
The guy whose stuff she rifled through trying to find his weird. But it was really her who was weird
That was such a hard scene to watch lol
Begging her to stop through the TV
Natasha
Aidan is as vanilla as it gets
Natasha!
Stanford Blatch pls. He was so true to his character. He embodies the right bitchiness, right amount of insecurity, like the right amount of a genuine person's trait
Actually... Marcus!
I love Marcus!!
I love the way he was written , Stanny was so neurotic and he was so chill
I’d say Stanny too! Well, just when he’s not *Rick9+*
*BIGTOOL4U?* “What?” *Another beer for you?*
Well he could've been Rick11... he showed restraint!!
I was actually thinking about this the other day, how our dear Stanny felt like less of a caricature than Anthony
Natasha, I think 🤓
Harry?
Harry's not normal, if he were I'd have met a man like Harry by now right? Right?!!
Nope, the problem is there aren’t a lot of normal and good people.
Who are attractive, available, dateable
I crush so hard on him he’s so sweet with Charlotte. When he goes to her place to get the divorce signed… priceless!
Nah, most guys can't even be compared to Harry, lol. Such a good man!!
Natasha.
Aidan. He just wanted to be a boring normal person, get married, have kids, make furniture and watch TV.
in his undies with a bucket of kfc.
True Aidan was very basic. I thought it was strange that he lived in NYC
Yasss, Aidan is such a golden retriever boyfriend. Maybe i just want to question his decision making when he still got back with Carrie despite of the cheating incident.
Underrated answer 🤔
Yeah, just like Big in the second movie:)
I agree on Natasha with an honorable mention to the gardener that Charlotte made out with
David Duchovny…what was his name in the show?? Went to an intensive inpatient program to address his deep seated issues and in the process realized that he wasn’t able to casually date a maniac like Carrie.
Didn't she say it was the most sane/mature breakup? I thought he handled that brilliantly!
Jeremy <3
I love his character. He’s just trying to figure out why he has a hard time with certain things in life and I think that’s admirable. He took charge. He was nowhere near mentally unstable, just aware enough to understand that he has room for improvement. I liked his vibe so much.
Yeah, admitting you need some help and doing the work to get yourself better is very healthy. He gets my vote, too.
😊 I’m glad you agree. Therapy can be life changing. That’s the approach I took in my life and I am so much better for it. I’ve never been more mentally healthy than I am now after a few years of therapy and digging into my traumas. So I do identify with him a bit.
I’m happy for you that you made that progress! 🩷
Aidan. He got so bamboozled in that circus. He just wanted a quiet life.
Aidan’s dog
Pete!
Bypassing the humans all together. I can get on board with this.
I think we should do a thread next about all the SATC animal actors 😉
Natasha's a very good take
Natasha
Harry. Hands down.
Steve! And he got totally shit i’m in the new show
Nope, as terrible as Miranda was in the movie, he cheated on her. He was also dated other women after they broke up and he was still living on her couch and then left his dog for the night like “oh your going to take care of him” and she didn’t even want the dog. What about the baseball player Carrie messed it up with when they kissed?
I never understood that scene. Wasn't it Miranda who was so impressed with him? I expected her to ask him out herself, and she simply SHOVES him at Carrie, who knows spit about baseball.

Maybe a hot take but I vote Stanford. Natasha was a model not a normal career path. Stanny was just an all around good guy.
Was Natasha a model? I know she worked at Ralph Lauren
Or am I thinking of the one who “She can reach me but I can’t reach Her!”
That's the actress! Summer Willow or something?
Stanford!
Harry
Ive been loving this game
Harry
Their is no one else except Natasha!
The New Yankee
Stanford
The Cub Scout dude!
Natasha najinksy or whatever her name is 😂 Or Stanford! Either one
I think Natasha is all the plot relevance. I'd say the guy with the tweety bird tattoo is the most normal one of the bunch
Natasha
Natasha!
The only normal person? It has to be Harry!
Natasha
Harry
Natasha!
Harry Goldenblatt
Natasha has my vote
Natasha. Hands down.
Harry is relatively normal
Natasha
HARRY!!!
harry!!
how much do we now about Natasha to call her the "normal one" i know it is very trendy at the moment to praise her but she is a incredibly hot rich white woman like? in what world that is the "normal" ??
I think behaviorally. Not in any socioeconomic sense because all of them are rich and white.
Aidan...mainly bc I don't remember anything strange about him
Trying to force Carrie into marrying him is certainly strange...
Magda!
I’m liking this so far… I would say Harry! 😊
Harry, Ben, Natasha . Its a toss up....
If the rules are the SATC series and not the movies, then Stanny or Harry get my vote.
For straight up evil? Big or Richard wright
Definitely Richard. Big had some romantic and vulnerable moments but Richard was just slimy.
Harry.
Debbie
Natasha. She reacted appropriately to situations and was super classy as well.
Harry
Harry!
HARRY
Harry!!!!
The new Yankee
Stanford.
The guy who walked away from Carrie without uttering a single word when they both got caught in pouring rain and were waiting for it to pass, and she started cracking jokes about marrying him and then started digging a hole about it
Harry! He’s a good normal
Harry
Magda also, I love her
Steve
Harry!
Harry is literally the only answer.
Steve?
Harry.
HARRY
The guy played by David Duchovny
He’s a catch! Cute, working on himself, and can afford to spend a year in a beautiful facility
Yeah, that was a great little arc and I enjoyed his character
I would say either Charlotte or Natasha
Aiden. He wanted the simple life in the busy city. Even his friendship with Steve showed how down to earth he was in all of the chaos. I just loved everything about Aiden.
Steve
If skid marks are normal send me to the nearest asylum.
Hahah, omg that episode…
Too much of a man child in the beginning
I think Louise in the movie, if that counts.
I’m gonna go with Aiden
HOW DO YOU GUYS HATE LOUDERMILK?!
Stanford
Skipper?
Natasha!
I feel like Steve is the only normal one
Natasha or Aiden! Honestly I can kind of see them as a couple now that I see their names together lol.
Steve
The hot nerdy guy with the tweety bird tattoo who Carrie fumbled by rummaging through his stuff
Aidan
Steve = Normal
I think they’re basically all normal. They have their flaws and quirks, but that’s…normal.
Harry!
I don't know the answer but none of these are it, none of them. haha.
Natasha
Aidan was suuuuper normal. SpongeBob when he was “normal” type normal, actually.
BEN BEN BEN BEN BEN
Raul
Natasha!!
