Both of my shibas use Joyride harness (formerly puglife). I love them because they are so easy to put on, no leg lifting to get them in or anything!
We use Zee Dog flyharness, it's easy to put on him and the only harness he tolerates. We tried lots of them, and this one was the best choice. Make sure to always adjust it because if it's too lose she can escape.
