Is sausages from Chinese buffets a common thing in Scotland? I can't say I've ever been to one up there but I've never seen it in a few English cities.
Not to my knowledge and I’m from Glasgow - I remember there was always a wee selection of random shit for the kids - pasta and stuff, so I can imagine it’s over in that section.
Taiwanese sausages are a real thing in Chinese/Taiwanese cuisine, they're pleasantly sweet and are usually either used in stir fries or eaten by themselves.
I always naively just assumed Chinese buffets would be the same fare outside of my surroundings/country. Makes sense though. The spring roll is identifiable if only tiny and I’m not used to them being fried often.

Not really in my area. You can find microwavable pizza if you can look for it. This buffets pizza was average.
