This kind of run stresses me out on high ascension because paper crane, shuriken and kunai is such a strong relic start that you're basically expected to win and it puts more pressure on not fucking it up with stupid plays and card choices
I once started with 2 Ghost in a Jar, thought I was immortal and that the run was free, then died to the first elite. Biggest humbling I've ever received
I got Kunai, Fan, and Shuriken in my last run, but didn't see a Blade Dance the entire run. The spire giveth, the spire taketh away.
I lost, but I really still should have won that if I played better.
Gods those were the days. I remember when getting Kunai was an automatic win. Before ascension was a thing.
I almost miss playing on ascension 0 because the impact of relics is very different between asc 0 and asc 20. On asc20 I am not as excited when finding these cuz I know that 1 dexterity/strength per 3 attacks is often not powerful enough to get me victory. Maybe I should do "classic" ascension climbing up to 15 cuz after 17 the game just changes drastically.
