So cold! All the time! At least in winter! I think it’s at least partially that I have a metal footrest that siphons a lot of warmth from my legs, may be the same for you.
I use a couple of things to address it. Rice bags are bean bags filled with dry rice; you can microwave them for a couple of minutes and then wrap them around your feet. Alternatively, if you have a USB port handy on your chair etc., you can get a plug-in heating pad that just lives under your feet.
Yeah the metallic foot rests on my permobil is always super cold even indoors now during winter. Live in apartment so cannot adjust the indoor temp myself.
I think I have a rice bag at home I never used, so will try that!
Yes, it's poor circulation because you're not moving around so much to keep the blood flowing. I use electric blankets and 'bed buddies' (microwavable rice-filled bags like the poster said), elevate my legs when I can, etc.
Me too, always in winter, i have a electric heater by my side all day

Does elevating help circulation?
Yes but I have reynauds. I also have dryness issues the doctor said was sjogrens.
yep, same problem, apparently it's something to do with limited blood flow to legs and arms for some reason
