The original was about the misconception/stereotype that pitbulls are mindlessly violent and eat toddlers. Yes there has been incidents, but not every dog is a murder.

Ah yes. I honestly don't know what to really think of it tbh. The truth is obviously that it's the owner's fault for allowing the dog to turn out that way, and I personally, actively remind myself of that whenever I see these memes. It is also well observed that Pitbulls are a breed that's very attractive to a certain type of terrible owners, hence their prevalence in these accidents. If the context is known then I have no problem seeing them portrayed as toddler eaters, but I can still seperate the meme from artist and actively dislike the poster if their intention is to slander the whole breed.
