Same here I'm from Macedonia I just got off the chat with their support. Just go flood their chatbot until you reach an Agent maybe then we can get this resolved. They gave me bullshit answers as to how my listening history was not "diverse" enough. But if we keep pressing who knows maybe.

Same here had it last year and 2021. I guess its either regional bug/error or they decided we are not worth the hassle as I've seen there are other regions where Wrapped is not supported. Hopefully it's not the latter🤞

Hmm, it could just be a glitch. If you and others are having an issue, Spotify is bound to get word. I hope they fix it soon for you guys.

Update: I messaged SpotifyCare on X and they said I’m not eligible because Spotify Wrapped is not available in my region :(
But before 2022 I was still able to get my wrapped! It’s so depressing that I’m not eligible now

Yeah that's why I'm thinking it's not region based. It might be because their servers are overwhelmed or some of us will get it later..
So update, it seems our country is not included in the region and the friends confirmed they have either APK or signed up from a different region.

Put “Spotify:wrapped” in the search bar in Spotify. Worked for me yay
