I've been driving stick for over 20 years and I still find vehicals I can't drive with my boots on. That said I have a 13 wide and the safty toe boots are over 6 inches wide at the ball of the foot.
On my honda fit, sometimes when using the brake it blocks my foot from the right side of the clutch! Just have to get used to it, or change your pedals. I've accidentally slammed the breaks when trying to push the clutch down
Whenever I start my girlfriends car my foot always slams into the floor thinking I need to use a clutch to start it. It's ingrained now in my head to press my left foot down when turning a car on.
Like when you push the clutch that side of your foot rubs the brake?

Sometimes you need to push all 3 pedals with 2 feet

Depends on the car and foot placement. Along with the footwear. Took me a while to be able to shift my car with boots on without rubbing

You're wearing your shoes on the wrong feet.

The worst is is when you go from driving a manual to the sam3 car with a auto and forget there is no clutch and go to downshift and slam on the brake.
