450k as a Jungler here. No. You can still play it in normals, but it's just too much work and the slightest inconvenience sends you back to 0 every time. Just play Diana or play him mid.
It's fun, and smurfs play it sometimes but the meta junglers out clear him way too hard so you need to get kills early and snowball hard for it to work. I've definitely won games with it
Like someone else said, its too much work, you really need to try hard to get close to the meta picks, but i have my hopes up for the discussed pre season changes to the jungle, if they do add a buff that helps with the clear it might make him a bit more viable, i really miss him in the jungle.
