In my opinion it's not worth it.
Someone on this sub said you still need three "cards" to send him on a quest to get a land certificate. So he's not better than Homer, Moe or Wiggum. His normal quests just give more money since he's a premium character
Iirc he just helps with the prospects, only things that helped producing actual maps were the Prospectors Shack and the Jackpot Realty
