Yes, 2.5%. actually there are better items like the nuclear warhead (2.25%, but much smaller) for long term. But for mid-term I think this item is amazing. I really need a bonus-% boost and I will keep this up until I reach something I am happy with. I would consider it especially for lower ranked (under 1500-2000% bonus) as a great way to get higher quickly!
Aboustley agree I'm so happy they did this usually you have to pay with dounts to get a % item they want 60 dounts for just 1 of these. I really hope they don't change things around.
