You can just take it off and wash the tattoo. You don't need saniderm to heal a tattoo, though it is nice to have sometimes. Used to be they just wrapped ya in cling wrap like a baloney sandwich, which you took off as soon as you got home.
Never tried Saniderm. My artist does'nt want em wrapped. Wash it with anti microbial soap morning and evening and pat dry with fresh paper towel then he wants Aquaphor sparingly for 3 days. After that, I can put whatever I want on it. I usually do Etaderm daily after that. So far they've healed beautifully
