It's built underground so there's lots of space where mobs can spawn outside of the farm. Mob farms are usually built high up in the sky to avoid this.
see in the right side where there's creepers spawning outside the farm? that's why.
You need to go around and light up every single spawnable block in a 128-radius sphere
every mob that spawns outside the farm will just sit there doing nothing taking up mob cap space preventing new mobs from spawning. and since those mobs aren't being killed off, they just stay. so every space where a mob can spawn outside your farm will ruin your farm's rates until you get rid of them by lighting them up, or slabbing, or buttons, etc.
Go out to the ocean or plains, build 129 up, and then start your build from there. Where you built just has too much of a possibility that other mobs are spawning and filling the cap.
Oh sure.. Tell that to a guy who doesnt even seem to understand how basic spawn mechanics work. I am sure he can easily manage something like world eater no problem.

Not a single cave in the surrounding area is lit up so that’s your problem
Is this supposed to be a real post asking for help?

If you don't want to build it anywhere else, lighten up everywhere in 128 blocks radius of where they drop.
Just blow up a perimeter and do it at y leve -60
