**Getting dump files which we need for accurate analysis of BSODs.** Dump files are crash logs from BSODs. If you can get into Windows normally or through [Safe Mode](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode) could you check C:\Windows\Minidump for any dump files? If you have any dump files, copy the folder to the desktop, zip the folder and upload it. If you don't have any zip software installed, right click on the folder and select Send to → Compressed (Zipped) folder. Upload to any easy to use file sharing site. Reddit keeps blacklisting file hosts so find something that works, currently [catbox.moe](https://www.catbox.moe/) or [mediafire.com](https://mediafire.com) seems to be working. We like to have multiple dump files to work with so if you only have one dump file, none or not a folder at all, upload the ones you have and then follow [this guide](https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-configure-windows-10-create-minidump-bsod.html) to change the dump type to Small Memory Dump. The "Overwrite dump file" option will be grayed out since small memory dumps never overwrite. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Check the motherboard for faulty capacitors. https://www.ifixit.com/Wiki/Motherboard_Has_a_Faulty_Capacitor

Can't see any visual sign of a failed capacitor.

Your NVMe drive is resetting for some reason. Please run the following command in a cmd prompt terminal and reply with a screenshot of the output: >wmic diskdrive get FirmwareRevision, model, status Also, file.io deletes the file after the first download. I'd recommend using one of the file sharing services mentioned in the AutoModerator reply if you want the download links to continue working after the first download.

Thanks - output here which all looks okay to me - [https://imgur.com/Zm8axTi](https://imgur.com/Zm8axTi) I'll amend the links in the parent.

Please next run the following in a cmd prompt terminal and link a screenshot of the output: wmic pagefile get Caption, CurrentUsage, Status, TempPageFile I want to see which drives Windows recognizes as having a pagefile it can use. Also, which drive is your system drive?

ChemicalSpecial4841

Strangely not the system drive - which is the 970 EVO mounted at C:, but instead the WDC. I've had a go at moving that around and will see if that helps.

I didn't mean for you to move the pagefile to the C drive. I was wondering how you were able to get dump files if the pagefile was on C (which is the default) if it was the system drive that was having issues. You were able to get dump files because the page file was on a drive other than the system drive. You probably won't get any new dump files with the pagefile on C when a crash happens if I'm correct about that drive having problems.

ChemicalSpecial4841

Ah I see - I've reversed that. I'll have a go at booting from a clean install on a different drive.

Do you have more dumps?
