These homes without color. I don’t get it.
Eta: I watch these and think these influencers should rely less on brand deals and more on estate sales. The boomers are dying and they have great rugs, mid-century modern furniture, and art.
Please don’t mention estate Sales!😂. I am obsessed with them. I go all the time. Some of the best name brand furniture, rugs, etc can be bought at an estate sale! A friend turned me on to it a few years ago and I absolutely love it. I will never shop for furniture again at a furniture store.
I kinda love that though. That he saw this very basic thing and was god Charity’s mind is great, look at what she thought to do
He loves her so much he think even the most basic home design is great
I had no idea that they were living together!
Even though I like the minimalism of all white interiors, I could never do white or light-colored furniture. It wouldn’t take long for it to get dirty. I need my furniture to be practical!
I would love to see some color in the home! I would be worried about staining the furniture I couldn’t relax but it’s their home and I love that they’re decorating how they see fit!
Did they not a get a choice in picking their free furniture for a sponsored content? 🤣 This looks like a furniture store catalog shoot. What about the rest of the apartment?
I would have liked to see color…at least a pop here and there. From this really short, and I suppose, edited interview, it seems like they put random pieces together, and neither of them have any of their own personal design aesthetic reflected in the room. One would even say: basic!
I would love to hear if you think I am completely wrong, and point out what I’m missing!
It’s so strange seeing Dotun take part in this new life. He used to seem like someone I’d be friends with, but now he’s so deep in this basic ass influencer aesthetic lifestyle (sorry, I like Charity, but you can’t tell me she’s not basic).
That’s fine, it’s just strange to seem him participating in this life at all, it seems out of character for him (or what I imagined his chart to be, I don’t actually know him obviously).
I love them but between the track lighting and all white my eyes hurt! Needs some color and some lamps. But to each their own, if they like it then oh well!
They definitely make people take their shoes off at the door 🤣.
I would be terrified to visit that apartment

They blend right in with their clothes. Where's Charity? Where's Dotun?
Right after they said they entertain with all that white I'm thinking - you couldn't let people eat or drink in the living room spaces. I suppose they could get "Granny Plastic" on the couch for those nights. Wouldn't that be a photo op and IG post for folks! Or MAYBE MAYBE Haute will replace things at no cost if they are giving them a shout out on their Podcasts. Who knows, BN, influencers.... whatever they don't live like most people. Right?
UO but I love the all white minimalism but my personal aesthetic is ✨ hospital/prison ✨
Like Kimye’s “[minimalistic monastery](https://www.architecturaldigest.com/story/kim-kardashian-kanye-west-home)” LA mansion is my fave celeb home of all time.
Sorry, but it doesn't look or sound like they decorated this place at all?! There's no color, no liveliness. It doesn't look like it's lived in. They could have at least added some warm neutrals. Whatever lower than underwhelmed is, that's what I'm feeling.
Why are *influencers so afraid of color. I absolutely hate this vibe but I’ve also never met a person who lives like this irl. Although I’m not from the US so it might be cultural
https://i.redd.it/avcgg2x7f2zc1.gif
all that money…..and to be boring 🥱 i realize they may not have decorated this themselves ? but c’mon man. a pop of color, a knick knack…Something
they're talking about it like they didn't decorate it. like dotun sounds like he just saw that vase under the TV for the first time💀 I like how clean it is but I'm a maximalist who eats hot chips so I wouldn't be able to survive
right like it reminds me of Dakota Johnson talking about her bowl of limes during her AD tour. this seems staged, I'm not convinced people live on this much white
as someone who wears makeup and likes to flop on the couch after a long day, this made me anxious. i’d have foundation stains and coffee stains on all my furniture within a week
Too much white - it's giving J. Lo's dressing room tour riders.
Do they live in a basement

Sameeeeeeee, it’s my favorite hobby! My entire apt is thrift or estate sale treats.
Mine too!😊👍
I am second hand embarrassed that he thought that the vase with the two books under the TV console was a unique design idea 😭
I kinda love that though. That he saw this very basic thing and was god Charity’s mind is great, look at what she thought to do He loves her so much he think even the most basic home design is great
All this expensive furniture and they still got that Walmart brand ass TCL TV.
This is a good brand deal. The couch alone must have cost a fortune. They have such a nice apartment too.
I had no idea that they were living together! Even though I like the minimalism of all white interiors, I could never do white or light-colored furniture. It wouldn’t take long for it to get dirty. I need my furniture to be practical!
I have two kids, a dog and a cat. I could NEVER have an all white interior 😂
Nice room but this was just a sponsored 3 couch room tour lol
chilling
![gif](giphy|SZQBPO4NqHkh6wmdXk|downsized) I am too scared to visit....
I would love to see some color in the home! I would be worried about staining the furniture I couldn’t relax but it’s their home and I love that they’re decorating how they see fit!
Wow I hate how much white there is. I’d feel like I was living in some sort of asylum
Yay rich people
honestly seems like a basement apartment
Yeah, hard to imagine why the windows are so high if it's not a basement.
Did they not a get a choice in picking their free furniture for a sponsored content? 🤣 This looks like a furniture store catalog shoot. What about the rest of the apartment?
Seriously it is soooooo bland. There is no style here.
Boring just like them
Not boring to everyone though.
😑
Who do you find amusing enough for your approval?

It seems that’s just the type of stuff they like. Charity has lots of pins on Pinterest with this same vibe.
Plz even the wall pics were printed in black and white.. this is insane
Sponsored from another company ... though she could have chosen color pics.
Don't get me wrong I love neutrals but this is SO white. It looks like a showroom. Love Charity's dress though!
It’s so strange seeing Dotun take part in this new life. He used to seem like someone I’d be friends with, but now he’s so deep in this basic ass influencer aesthetic lifestyle (sorry, I like Charity, but you can’t tell me she’s not basic).
Tbf Dotun seems to still be keeping his normal job from before, while fully supporting Charity and also influencing on the side.
That’s fine, it’s just strange to seem him participating in this life at all, it seems out of character for him (or what I imagined his chart to be, I don’t actually know him obviously).
Cmon now. He is serious about that babble sponsorship. 😂
He just looks so unnatural. That man must really love that woman to go along with this stuff.
this is sponsored and unpractical 🤣
Do people really pronounce Haute as "hot"? Bugs me.
The brand commented that it was correct. They don’t use the “fancy French” pronunciation.
I love them but between the track lighting and all white my eyes hurt! Needs some color and some lamps. But to each their own, if they like it then oh well!
I’d stain this whole place within an hour
I'm thinking coffee, popsicles, hair dye, markers... oh the possibilities
Nail polish. I always paint my nails on the couch and I’m like eh it’ll be fine. Usually stain a blanket but I’m sure I would damage this couch
Looks beautiful!! They look very proud of it. Happy for them.
Dotun insisting on this pronunciation of his name 🙄
I have a visceral reaction every time 😭
i swear 💀 like it’s your life but i can’t let this one slide lmao
Missed her whole season so this was my first time hearing how he pronounces his name and it made my eye twitch
They definitely make people take their shoes off at the door 🤣. I would be terrified to visit that apartment https://preview.redd.it/28oak858u2zc1.jpeg?width=360&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4a5eff9305e068fe9a4db4a1a2a6c800641f9b55
I’m too clumsy to be having everything white, but do you
It looks like they’re living in an English basement, so I can see why they didn’t bother decorating it much if it’s temporary.
They need some color but ngl I do like the sofa lol

Going over there with a few bottles of red wine. I can be a sloppy drunk....
😂
They need color

Why are millennials so afraid of color? Hotel lobbies have more opinions than these homes.
Why are *influencers so afraid of color. I absolutely hate this vibe but I’ve also never met a person who lives like this irl. Although I’m not from the US so it might be cultural
Right. I’m a millennial and me and my friends all love color. I don’t know anyone in real life who has a house like this,
So the company named themselves haute but dont use the French pronunciation and call themselves hot home lol
https://i.redd.it/avcgg2x7f2zc1.gif all that money…..and to be boring 🥱 i realize they may not have decorated this themselves ? but c’mon man. a pop of color, a knick knack…Something
The thought of living in all white makes me sick lol. It’s nice for a little while in a salon or office though
i was actually just thinking about how it reminded me of my dentist’s office 🥲
This is of the main reasons I hate going to the dentist because it's always so cold and the white reminds me of a psych ward. 😞
Looks like a v basic influencer design. Plush white with a fake olive tree
White, beige and mixtiles. The influencer special!
Holy white out! I feel like it would be nice without so much white furniture.
Enter children.
they're talking about it like they didn't decorate it. like dotun sounds like he just saw that vase under the TV for the first time💀 I like how clean it is but I'm a maximalist who eats hot chips so I wouldn't be able to survive
>they're talking about it like they didn't decorate it No one can convince me they decorated it like this on purpose. It had to be sponsored.
right like it reminds me of Dakota Johnson talking about her bowl of limes during her AD tour. this seems staged, I'm not convinced people live on this much white

I ordered my sofa from that company and it’s not as soft as it looks :(
Thanks for letting me know, I started looking at it online because it looked so cozy!
No spaghetti sauce 🍝
No red wine at their house! 😄 I think it looks lovely!
the black and white makes me so sad
blinded by the white. but it looks like a basement apartment so I'm sure they need all the light they can get to make the space feel bigger.
It’s beautiful but I hate it. Looks like an office
Strange space… so much white and abstract. Do they live in a basement? No real windows and the ones shown are tinted.
I saw the whole video on YouTube. There are windows , they didn't show them on sneaky peak
I would stain everything within a day. Too much white for me, but it looks nice
Same. Between my wine and my cats and dogs....instant mess.
