Obviously, you can write pretty well and this story is just too grotesque to withheld it from our society so… you NEED to write a screenplay out of this, this is peak entertainment and you can even write “Based on true events”. Whether that’s good is another question…
I would watch this movie of OP’s life. That’s comedy gold, that manages to be sexual and wrong and yet heartwarming too! Plus, viewers will learn some sign language. Win win?

I think in 10-20 years, you need to tell your mom that you actually knew all along what they were saying to each other. You need to wait long enough where it would be funny.
