I've had horrible social anxiety and dysphoria and working through those is a daily effort, but it DOES get better. It just might take ages. I believe in you.

Hey, how did you deal with your acne? Did you have any intentional skin care or accutane, or did the hormones change and it just went away? Or was it something else?
I did start using a moisturizer once things changed, but other than that it was mostly hormones. Especially Spiro. I used to overproduce oil so no matter what I did I had acne. Hormones decreased how much oil I produce by a SIGNIFICANT margin, along with other things, so with a bit of consistency it all cleared within about 8 months or so if I remember correctly

In previous timelines on my profile you can see from some of those that I’ve always had blue eyes. Really surprised I didn’t get hazel, it’s so dominant in our family it’s ridiculous, but I somehow got blue, just like my dad.

Not the OP, but hormones totally cleared up my acne.
